Once shipped, you'll get a tracking email so you know exactly when to expect your order. Every frame is custom-made in 5-7 business days. Transit times varies based on location. All frames are shipped from our factory located in Connecticut. Each package is carefully designed to ensure that every frame arrives in perfect condition. Our custom-fit boxes are tailored to each frame size, with an inner cardboard wing tray that secures the frame and prevents movement during transit. This tray is then placed inside a slightly larger outer box, adding an extra layer of protection for a safe and secure delivery.
