At Honored Press, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our framed collegiate prints and frames. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your order, we want to hear from you please e-mail contact@honoredpress.com. We stand firmly behind the care, materials, and workmanship that go into every piece—and we’re committed to making it right.

Return Process & Guidelines: 

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. All returned items must be received at our facility within 45 days of the original purchase date.

A few important notes:

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to us.

• Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable and are billed at our cost—we never mark up shipping rates.

Shipment Issues: 

While rare, occasional mishandling during shipping can happen. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive at all, please notify us within 15 days of delivery so we can assist.

For damaged items, we kindly ask that you:

• Retain all original packaging and materials (if recieved)

• Take clear, detailed photos of the damage and packaging

• Email us the photos along with a description of the issue within 15 days of delivery

This information helps us determine the best resolution and, if necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note, we’re only able to support claims reported within the 15-day window.

Large Orders: 

Because each Honored Press frame and print is custom made to order—crafted from raw materials just for you—we’re unable to accept returns totaling more than $1,000 per order.

We’re committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you’re new to Honored Press and considering a larger order, we recommend starting with a smaller purchase to ensure the frames meet your expectations.

Before placing your order, please also take a moment to double-check the outer dimensions of the frame size you’ve selected against the wall space where you plan to hang it. Every product page includes a detailed diagram and full measurements to help guide you.
