What if my school isn’t represented?
We’re continually expanding our roster of officially licensed universities. If you don’t see your school listed, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to contact us and let us know which school you’re hoping to see—we keep track of all requests and use them to guide future licensing efforts. Your voice helps shape our next additions.

What is Honored Press?
Honored Press creates premium, officially licensed framed prints that celebrate the legacy, spirit, and design heritage of America’s storied colleges and universities. Each piece is crafted with care in the U.S.A. using high-quality materials.

Are your products officially licensed?
Yes. Every Honored Press print is officially licensed by the respective college or university, ensuring authenticity and respect for the institutions we celebrate.

Where are your frames made?
All of our frames are crafted and assembled in the U.S.A. (Connecticut) and from solid American hardwood. Every frame is built to order with precision and care, ensuring premium-quality results that are made to last.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be received within 45 days. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Do you accept returns on large orders?
Due to the custom nature of our frames, we are unable to accept returns exceeding $1,000 per order. If you're placing a large order and haven’t shopped with us before, we recommend starting with a smaller purchase to ensure everything meets your expectations.

What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
While rare, shipment issues can happen. Please notify us within 15 days of delivery. For damaged items, keep the original packaging and send us clear photos so we can determine the best way to resolve the issue. Full details are on our Shipment Issues page.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each frame is made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for production, plus shipping time. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Can I customize my frame or mat?
At this time, we offer a curated set of sizes, frame finishes, and optional acid-free white mats designed to complement the artwork and maintain a consistent quality standard. Custom requests are available, but are on a project to project basis. E-mail us here with all all custom requests.

What sizes do your frames come in?
We offer three sizes to suit a variety of spaces—from personal nooks to statement walls. Each product page includes full dimensions, including frame width and overall measurements, along with a helpful visual guide.

How do I hang my Honored Press frame?
Every frame arrives ready to hang with a pre-installed wire on the back. We recommend using appropriate wall anchors or hooks depending on your wall type. For best results, consider using a level and painter’s tape to mark placement before hanging.
